Meet Jillian Miller

My approach to legal practice is rooted in the advice I received from my first boss: always prioritize client communication. I have held this principle close, ensuring that my clients are always well-informed and supported through their legal journeys. My commitment to attentive and responsive communication has been the cornerstone of my practice, fostering a sense of security and peace of mind for those I represent.

Growing up in both Texas and Washington D.C., I developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and communities early on. I pursued my undergraduate studies at the College of William & Mary, where I cultivated a strong foundation in critical thinking and analytical skills.

After earning my degree, I moved to New York for law school. For six years, I focused exclusively on representing claimants in disability litigation. This formative experience taught me the importance of advocacy and client-centered service.

In 2017, I moved to Idaho and expanded my practice into civil litigation, estate planning, and business transactions. Building on that deep courtroom and litigation foundation, my practice today focuses exclusively on select transactional matters, estate planning, and probate administration. This unique background allows me to offer highly tailored, proactive legal planning designed to safeguard my clients’ assets, families, and businesses from future disputes.

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband and our two dogs. Whether it’s running, skiing, or camping, Idaho’s great outdoors provide the perfect backdrop for our adventures.

At The Law Office of Jillian Miller, you can expect dedicated, compassionate, and effective legal representation. Contact me today to see how I can assist with your legal needs.
